If you would like to share your video at the same time as sharing a document or application, just follow the instructions below. If you need assistance with this, feel free to contact our support team.

1 - Open the application/document to be shared

- Join your conference from a regular chrome browser window but do not connect audio, choose the 'view only' option.

3 - Click 'share screen' from this window. I would recommend sharing only the application window if possible, as this allows the moderator to switch to the meeting room to moderate the call and still let viewers see their video/screen share.

4 - Open your Windows or Mac Desktop App (be sure that you are NOT logged in to your account) and join as a guest by entering the access code for the call. We suggest entering your name including the word 'video' for clarity - i.e. 'Sara Video'. Alternatively, you can also paste the meeting URL into an incognito Chrome window. (for Windows, Linux, or Chrome OS: Press Ctrl + Shift + n.  If using a Mac: Press ⌘ + Shift + n).


5 - Connect via the internet option with audio active and turn on the video.


*Note that it is important to make sure that one of the connections is 'view only'. It isn't enough to just mute one line, as an echo is still produced.

**Warning - this will use a lot of your computer's CPU, so it is important that you quit out of any other unnecessary applications which use up your computer's resources**
